TERM FOR LOAD GENERATORS TO MAKE FREIGHT VALUE REPORTS BEFORE THE NATIONAL REGISTRY OF LOAD DISPATCHERS-RNDC
In accordance with the provisions of Annex No. 01 called “Description and instructions manual for the general operation of RNDC”, contained in the Resolution No. 20223040045515 of August 2022, a term of five (05) business days was established from the receipt of the transported merchandise, so that the generator or contractor of the transport service can report the value of the freight in the RNDC platform.
Exceptionally, if the generator and the transporter have established a different term for the payment of the freight, the load generator may use this term to comply with its obligation to report the value of the freight in the platform of the RNDC, provided that it updates, prior to the issuance of the transport remittance, the aforementioned term through the company control module in the section, updating the term to be invoiced.
